These terms explain the basic rules for using the SB Footwear website, placing orders, making payments and requesting an eligible exchange.

Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability, accurate customer information and successful payment or advance verification. If a stock, pricing or technical error affects an order, SB Footwear may contact the customer with an appropriate resolution.
Placing an order does not override product availability or payment verification requirements.
Payments & COD Advance
Online payments are processed through the payment gateway shown at checkout. For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, a ₹100 advance payment is required to confirm the order, with the remaining balance payable at delivery.
The amount payable is displayed in the order summary before confirmation.
No Return • 1 Day Exchange
SB Footwear follows a no-return policy. Eligible products may be requested for exchange within 1 day of delivery, subject to verification, product condition, packaging and stock availability.
Change-of-mind returns and refunds are not offered.

We try to present product descriptions, prices, photographs and sizes clearly. Actual colour may vary slightly because of lighting, photography or device display settings.
Customers should check the selected size and order details before completing payment.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival times. Courier delays, holidays, weather, operational issues or address problems may affect delivery.
Customers should provide complete and accurate contact and delivery information.
Responsible Use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false orders or interfere with payment and order systems. We may restrict activity that appears fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the website or other users.
