Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch. This page explains the cancellation duration and process.
Cancellation Window
A customer may request cancellation only before the order has been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under the normal cancellation process.
How to Cancel
Contact SB Footwear as soon as possible with your Order ID and registered contact details. A cancellation request is confirmed only after our team verifies that dispatch has not taken place.
Prepaid Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the approved refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Please see the Refund Policy for refund duration and mode.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders that require an advance payment, an eligible cancellation requested before dispatch may qualify for refund of the paid advance according to the Refund Policy.
